Abstract
Promotion of receptive language during Equine Assisted Activities (EAA)
Disturbances of receptive language associated with language disorders are not easily recognized but can be found in many cases. As well as the language development, social and emotional development is also affected in case of an existing disturbance of receptive language. Language can be seen as a means of knowledge sharing and therefore as an inevitable prerequisite of learning success. It is the aim of this article to provide specialists in EAA with knowledge to classify disturbances of receptive language within childrens language development and apply promotion possibilities for these clients.
